The Receipt is operated as independent civic infrastructure. The people accountable for its standards are named below, because a platform that audits public officials should be auditable itself.

Not aligned with any party. Not a campaign vehicle. Not for sale. The audits have no price, which is what makes everything else we do worth paying for.
The Editorial Review Board
Board formation is in progress. Named members, credentials, and roles will publish here before any score goes live to the public.
How we’re funded
Funder disclosure will publish here once grants are confirmed. No funder, none, has input into scores. The methodology page is the only authority.
