The service
The Receipt is operated by Vavinix LTD. It publishes editorial assessments of Nigerian governors against their own campaign manifestos, alongside anonymous citizen participation once that layer launches.
Editorial opinion
Status labels and the Fulfillment Index reflect editorial judgment applied consistently under the published methodology, grounded in documented primary sources. They are not statements of fact about any individual’s character or intent.
Contributions
Anything you submit (evidence, testimony, votes) licenses us to display it on the platform, attributed only to your anonymous handle. You retain ownership.
Corrections
Anyone can challenge a status with evidence. Upheld challenges change the score and are logged publicly in that promise’s changelog.
