The Receipt

The people doing the verifying.

Every score on this platform stands on evidence, and much of that evidence comes from citizens. Nobody here uses a real name. Reputation belongs to the handle, not the person. That’s the design.

How reputation works

Points follow usefulness, not volume: evidence that survives editorial review earns the most, confirmed testimonies earn moderate points, raw opinions earn little. Flooding the platform earns nothing. Quality-weighted scoring makes a thousand junk submissions worth less than one verified photo.

Contribution tokens

Tokens are a separate track from reputation, and they only move on approval. Casting a verdict or backing an issue earns reputation, not tokens, only evidence that survives editorial review does. Each approved submission earns 20 tokens, capped at 200 tokens per handle per calendar month, so the track rewards verified quality over volume.

Every quarter, the reward pool, once funded, splits proportionally by tokens earned that quarter. Tokens don’t carry over, each quarter starts every handle back at zero.

Leaderboard

Contributor of the Year

Each December, every state’s top contributor is recognized, provided their record survives an authenticity audit. Winners choose: accept recognition publicly, or stay anonymous and receive it through a secure channel. Both are honored the same way.

Rewards

Each December, every state’s top contributor receives a crypto award, paid to any wallet address they choose. No name, no bank account, no KYC. Recognition without identification. Every payout is published as a transaction hash.
